Alberta's shores now offer passage to Byalan's depths, while the Quartermaster has relocated to safer grounds.

Chapter I dawns as Izlude faces an otherworldly consumption. The very fabric of the city shifts as the Underworld's influence grows. New paths open while old comforts vanish into memory.

2025-aug-30 : The Cycle of Death & Rebirth

The Nine Worlds awaken with a solemn truth: death is not the end, but a beginning. Every soul now starts as a Novice awakening in the Underworld Pit, destined to face The Nameless Flayer in a ritual of necessary sacrifice.

Upon this first death, travelers meet the Warden of Unbeing in the depths of the Underworld, who claims their Soul Seal - the only protection against true oblivion. Those reborn into the living world carry the Fading Soul, an echo of their underworld journey that grants strength to newcomers but diminishes as they grow.

The Memorial of the Fallen in Izlude now stands as a sacred site, where through Soryn, Weaver of Souls in his Nexus, adventurers may reclaim their protection every cycle. But beware - those who walk without a Soul Seal face true death, losing all to the eternal silence.
